Lantzman Lending  is a direct private money lender that provides financing through loans secured by non-owner occupied residential, commercial, industrial, and multi-family residential real estate.

Our Lending Experience

Marc Lantzman – Marc Lantzman is the CEO of Lantzman Lending. He’s been actively engaged in real estate acquisitions, private mortgage lending and real estate development since 1980. Marc has a lot of lending experience. He has developed projects in California, Nevada, Washington, Oregon and Arizona, including apartment buildings, shopping centers, motor home parks, in-fill housing projects and single residential sub- divisions.

Justin Lantzman – Justin Lantzman is President of Lantzman Lending. He’s been involved in real estate investment and management since 2001 and has been a licensed real estate broker in California since January 2006. Justin has lending experience in mortgage fund management, loan underwriting and processing, property valuation, loan document preparation, and compliance.

David Canterman – David Canterman is Chief Financial Officer of Lantzman Lending. He’s been engaged in real estate acquisitions, development and private lending since 2000. During that period, David has also been active in acquiring and re-selling non-performing real estate loans from banks and other lending institutions. David is a licensed real estate salesperson in California.

Joel Armstrong– Joel Armstrong Vice President of Lantzman Lending. He has been involved in real estate finance, brokerage, investment and development since 2001. He has a firm understanding of the private finance arena, a strong network of borrowers and an ethical approach to the lending industry.

Erin O’Connor – Erin O’Connor is a Broker Associate at Lantzman Lending. He has been involved in real estate and lending since 2001 as a investor, mortgage loan officer and real estate broker. He is a licensed broker in the state of CA since 2009.

Antonio Gonzales – Antonio Gonzales is a Broker Associate at Lantzman Lending. He has extensive experience in complex contract negotiations and underwriting analysis. Since 2002, Antonio has been involved in many aspects of the real estate and finance industry including net branch operations, residential sales, mortgage lending, and distressed asset acquisitions.

David Lantzman – David Lantzman is a Loan Originator at Lantzman Lending with years of lending experience.  He is a licensed CA agent and an expert in the Los Angeles county area.

Robert McCrackin – Robert H. McCrackin IV is the Transaction Coordinator at Lantzman Lending.  He has been in real estate since 1990 and is a Licensed California Real Estate Broker. Robert has experience in the origination, underwriting, processing, document preparation, and servicing of private investor funded loans.

Ben Stoodley – Ben Stoodley is a Loan Originator at Lantzman Lending. As licensed Real Estate Agent, Ben has lending experience and real estate focuses ranging from Corporate Housing to Property Management to Real Estate Financing. He received his B.S. in Civil Engineering. The lending industry allows ben to apply his Engineering background with his Real Estate experience and relay it all to his vast network of borrowers.

Briana Malkoon – Briana Malkoon is a Loan Originator at Lantzman Lending. Briana has been involved in a variety of focuses in the Real Estate industry, ranging from Marketing, Real Estate Property and Real Estate Financing. As a Licensed California Real Estate Agent and with her marketing background she applies her experience in helping her clients.

Chase Maher – Chase is a Loan Originator at Lantzman Lending. Chase has experience in many aspects of Real Estate including acquisitions and financing.  He has a grounded and personable approach with his large network of borrowers.
