This project was the perfect mix of mid-century modern with more neutral colors for a extra modern flair.   We particularly loved the master bathroom with the large format tiles on the walls.  This was a very impressive look and we are sure this was huge factor in getting this sold for top dollar.

We lent the client $715k on a purchase price of $617k.
